While driving southbound on US-1, just as you cross the border between Hollywood and Hallandale Beach, you will see a refreshing glimpse of the future. Atlantic Village is a sleek, glassy enclave of innovative restaurants and apartments. Nestled in this ultra-modern complex is a tour de force of affordable, fun culinary fare – a chance to sample the food and drink of several continents, fusion style.  Atlantic Village offers the “Three A’s of Fine Dining:” affordable, accessible, and artistic!

You can easily spend an entire week having breakfast, lunch, and dinner in Atlantic Village. From Argentinian to Israeli, Peruvian to Italian, Venezuelan to Asian, Burgers to Vegan, and Cigars to Juice Bars – it’s all here in one thoughtfully designed complex. No matter where you park your car in the lot, everything is right in front of you. No long walks.  No old sidewalks. No squinting to read the restaurant names. It’s as easy as opening one large menu.

Let’s start with La Estancia Argentina a unique Argentinean bistro-style restaurant, where every dish has been designed according to a classic Southern heritage. It’s casual with an upscale feel. There’s even an in-store butcher shop, with a 24 foot meat case featuring the best of USDA Prime cuts, the highest-quality meat. There’s also a premier bakery with homemade pastries and sweets, breads, gourmet cheeses, mate (herb tea), sandwiches, dried goods from the homeland; and the perfect wine from our wide selection of worldwide wines and ports. Steak lovers don’t miss the Filet Mignon, Flank Steak, or Skirt Steaks. For something more traditional, try the Parrillada (steak, chicken, sausage and sweetbreads).

For a truly healing and energizing experience, there is Holi Vegan Kitchen and Bar, where you will find a wide variety of foods and juices made from the finest and freshest ingredients. There you will enjoy creative combinations made from breads, fruit and vegetables from the best quality local farms and artisanal producers. They work synergistically to heal and enhance your body, mind and spirit. Everything from the Falafel Pita pocket to the Impossible Meatballs, empanadas, and pizzettas make for delicious vegan dining.

At Jaffa Israeli Kitchen, you’ll find dishes true to the cuisine of the Middle East and North African.  Chef Yaniv Cohen, who has directed events for Louis Vuitton, Prada, and Dior and celebrities including Cindy Crawford and David Bowie; brings over a decade of catering expertise to Jaffa.  Here you will find the dishes that highlight his native roots and in-depth knowledge of spices including turmeric roasted cauliflower, deconstructed baba ganoush, a hummus bar, and other staples of meze.

Fusion lovers will gravitate to Crudos Fusion Art for the best of asian and latinamerican food. Crudos offers all kinds of creative dishes for you to experience. This includes their Cloud Pork Belly melt, Short Rib Buns, Gyoza Dumplings, and POP Roll.  Chef, Edixon Hernandez, creates the menu and supervises every step of the processes in the kitchen. With its colorful, energized atmosphere, Crudos is stimulating experience for all the senses.

For some of the best Civeche around, you cannot afford to miss Dr. Limon’s Civeche Bar. Carlos Brescia (chef and founder) born in Chiclayo – Peru, founded Dr. Limon in 2012 with his partners and since then has created an innovative concept that blends Peruvian food with local products. Classic Ceviche blends include hot limo pepper, Pisco acholado cream, Rocoto cream, and Yellow pepper cream.  You can also indulge in their line of Peruvian sushi rolls. There are also a variety of hot main courses such as seafood rice cooked in beer, “salsa criolla” and grille white fish filet, quinoa, yellow pepper, mushrooms.

If what you seek is entertainment with your cuisine, you can enjoy some of the best burgers around at The Blues Burgers which offers live blues, rock and country along with the best grass fed burgers. Here, burgers is an art and you can choose through so many different varieties of this American classic. There is every type of topping imaginable. Ask about their Akaushi Beef. Or you can select from other sandwiches such as turkey, chicken, or brisket as well as chicken wings.  The lively atmosphere is fun and eclectic as you sit back and enjoy the bar.

Another option is Doggi’s Arepa Bar, which features the best in Venezuelan cuisine, prepared with homemade recipes by chef Carlos M. Esteves. Start with Doggi’s array of appetizers including the tajadas, marinated octopus ceviche, and chimichurri vegetables. Try the signature line of arrepas as well as  the Parillas, steaks, and chicken dishes. There are also several different types of burgers and even meatless dishes to explore – all in a unique Venezuelan style.  Don’t forget the Venezualan pepitos (street sandwiches), hot dogs, and selection of natural juices!
