Free Tree Giveaway at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration

The HBCRA is hosting another tree giveaway at OB Johnson Park on Monday, January 15th! It will take place from noon to 3pm during the Dr. MLK Jr. Day Parade and Celebration.

With proof of Hallandale Beach residency, you can take a free native or fruit tree to plant at your home. The tree giveaway is first come, first serve, and limited to two trees per household, with a maximum of one fruit tree. The species options for Native Trees are Paradise Tree and Soldierwood, and the options for Fruit Trees are Canistel, Miracle fruit, Mulberry, and Nance.
