DESCRIPTION
This project encompasses facade improvement, with new store fronts, and streetscape improvement, for the properties located at 410-470 NE 1ST Ave, in the city of Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. The objective of the improvement is to create a pedestrian friendly environment with entertainment and restaurants along 1 sr Avenue. The target market are restaurants, bars and other entertainment business. Landlord may, for marketing purposes, build up to one kitchen in one of the storefronts, to attract the target market to the property. A future proposed bridge connection on the North side of property can be incorporated as part of the second phase of the project in the future.
VALUATION
STATUS
The presently approved plan was approved by the City Commission on May 4, 2016. Submittal of building permits is pending. Expiration date: May 18, 2018. Approval of the redesign is scheduled for City Commission consideration on April 18.
