DESCRIPTION

Go Bistro will consist of renovating the existing building, which will allow for a new restaurant with outdoor seating, murals and a terrace. The purpose of this project was to assist in the expansion of the owners business and maximize the potential of doing additional business in the City of Hallandale by expanding his current offices and adding 2,400 SF to the existing property.

The total project cost is estimated at $615 ,000.

STATUS

This project was approved by HBCRA Board of Directors April 22, 2019. Submittal of building permits is pending.
