Programs available
Construction Rent Stabilization Program
- Relief for businesses impacted by the streetscape improvements
- Covers up to 50% of the monthly rent or mortgage
- Available for up to 12 months
Construction Business Assistance Loan Program
- Up to $20,000 in forgivable funding
- Covers payroll, inventory, marketing & operations

Construction Timeline
- Construction Duration: 18 months
- Approach: Work will be completed in phases
Traffic Updates
- Current MOT: The updated MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) schedule will be posted here each month.
Concurrently, we are closing Phase 3, and Phase 4 is scheduled to start this coming Monday, June 15.
Complete activities - Phase II
- Installation of a new drainage catch basin, reinforced concrete pipe
- New curb, sidewalk, ADA ramps, and header bands
- Decorative paver crosswalk installation
- Rough-in of irrigation and electrical piping
- Preparation of brick paver parkingareas (ADA paver RCP), and tie-in to an existing drainage
Upcoming Work - Phase III
- Erosion control and a traffic shift under the existing MOT plan
- Pavement removal and demolition
- Drainage improvements and waterline rerouting
- Earthwork and road grading
- Base insytallation and concrete work
- Brick paver installation
- First lift of asphalt and temporary striping

District 8 Circuit Shuttle
To ensure patrons can continue visiting local businesses during construction, the District 8 Circuit Shuttle will operate on a continuous loop. Providing easy access to businesses during construction.
Hours of Operation:
- Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
SHUTTLE IS FREE OF COST AND RUNS CONTINUOUSLY

On-street parking will remain paid.
